Kacstone Records, a record label that manages Ghanaian musician Michael Adangba and also operates in the logistics sector, has constructed a standard volleyball court for Paga Senior High School.
The initiative began after the Managing Director of Kacstone Records, Wenawome Duriyem Aborah visited the school several years ago and identified the need for a volleyball court. Construction of the facility commenced in 2024 and was completed early this year.
To commission the project, Kacstone Records organized a cross-country race for basic schools within the Paga area and a volleyball tournament involving ten senior high schools from the Kassena-Nankana enclave.
The participating schools were Navrongo Senior High School, Notre Dame Minor Seminary Senior High School, Our Lady of Lourdes Senior High School, Awe Senior High School, St. John Integrated Senior High School, Paga Senior High School, Nabango Senior High School, Sirigu Senior High School, China Senior High School and Mirigu Senior High School.

In the final of the volleyball tournament, Notre Dame Minor Seminary Senior High School defeated St. John Integrated Senior High School to emerge champions. Besides the volleyball court, Paga SHS also received additional sporting equipment, while all participating schools were presented with a set of jerseys and a volleyball each.
Speaking at the event, the Public Relations Officer of Kacstone Records, Alexander Bombande, explained that the competition was primarily organized to mark the commissioning of the volleyball court.
However, following recommendations from the organizing committee and other stakeholders, the company is considering making the tournament an annual event.
The Physical Education Teacher of Paga Senior High School, Eric Kubati, commended Kacstone Records for supporting the school. According to him, the new facility will help nurture and develop sporting talents within the school and the wider community.
He further appealed for additional support, indicating that the school is in need of a football field, a handball court, and more sporting equipment to enhance sports development and participation among students.
