Dominic Anarigide Appointed Managing Director of ICOUR
Dominic Anarigide, who previously served as Deputy Constituency Secretary for Navrongo, brings a wealth of experience to his new role.
The Upper East Regional Executive Committee of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has congratulated Dominic Anarigide on his appointment as Managing Director of the Irrigation Company of Upper Region (ICOUR) in Navrongo.
Dominic Anarigide, who previously served as Deputy Constituency Secretary for Navrongo, brings a wealth of experience to his new role.
The NDC expressed confidence that his leadership will ensure effective management of irrigation systems, boost agricultural productivity, and drive economic growth in the region.
This appointment comes after recent tensions at ICOUR, where workers and farmers protested over the leadership style of the previous Managing Director, Dr. Bonaventure Aligebam, and called for his immediate removal.
The NDC has praised the appointing authority for placing a competent individual in a strategic position to drive national development.
