Ecoleap Anuran Cuisine, a growing agribusiness specializing in the production and sale of frogs, has described frog farming as a highly lucrative venture with vast potential for youth employment in the Upper East Region.

In an interaction with Mike FM at an exhibition during the 41st Farmers’ Day celebration held at the forecourt of the Kassena Nankana Municipal Assembly, Joseph Alemi a representative of the company, highlighted both the nutritional and economic benefits of frog consumption.

“Years ago, our forefathers consumed frogs regularly. They are very healthy, boost the immune system, and help fight diseases. We are simply returning to those golden days.” The representative noted.
