The Communications Director for the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Chiana-Paga Constituency and Constituency First Vice Chairman Hopeful, Hakim Adams, has called on party members and sympathizers to actively participate in the party’s ongoing reorganization exercise.
Speaking in a media interview on Wednesday March 4, 2026, Adams said the internal electoral process presents a crucial opportunity for the party to strengthen its structures from the grassroots to the national level.
He emphasized that mass participation will ensure transparency, unity, and credibility throughout the exercise.
Adams urged members to take part in all stages of the process, including membership registration, verification, and the various levels of elections, stressing that the future success of the party depends on the collective involvement of its base.
He further noted that the reorganization is not just about electing executives but about repositioning the party for victory in upcoming national elections. He encouraged party faithful to remain peaceful, focused, and committed to the ideals of the NPP.
Adams appealed for unity before, during, and after the elections, stating that internal cohesion will be key to maintaining the party’s strength and competitiveness on the national political stage.
The NPP is currenting embarking on a nationwide reorganizing exercise, with ongoing membership registration at the polling station level expected to end on March 31, 2026.
