Navrongo Central MP Commends Nawognia Chiefs after DACF project inspection

The inspection focused on a completed six-unit classroom block project funded through the District Assemblies Common Fund to improve educational infrastructure in the community.

The Member of Parliament for Navrongo Central, Simon Aworigo, has expressed appreciation to the Chief and elders of Nawognia for their support during the inspection of a District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF) project in the community.

In a Facebook post, the MP acknowledged the role of traditional authorities in ensuring accountability and progress in local development.

“Join me in thanking the Chief and elders for their presence & support during our inspection of DACF project.” He stated.

The inspection focused on a completed six-unit classroom block at Nawognia, which also includes a four-seater KVIP, a two-unit urinal, and a changing room.

Aworigo described the completion of the project as a milestone, a clear testimony of progress.

“The completion of this legacy project is a clear testimony of progress. The beginning of better, inclusive development for our communities.”

He reaffirmed his commitment to delivering development projects in the constituency.

“Together, under the leadership of John Dramani Mahama and my office as MP for Navrongo Central, we remain committed to delivering lasting impact.”

The Nawognia project forms part of District Assemblies Common Fund projects the MP is embarking on across the constituency.
