“I pledge responsible party communication” – Raphael Kpinn as he makes CCD ambition public
Kpinn pledged to strengthen grassroots engagement and modernize party communication strategies ahead of the 2028 general elections.
Raphael Kpinn, a member of the New Patriotic Party’s Upper East Regional communications team, has formally made his intention to contest for the position of Constituency Communication Director in the Bolgatanga East Constituency, public.
In a statement addressed to party stakeholders, including the council of elders, constituency executives, former parliamentary candidates, and polling station officers, Kpinn pledged to strengthen grassroots engagement and modernize party communication strategies ahead of the 2028 general elections.
He noted that communication plays a critical role in building a vibrant and effective political organization, and therefore requires someone who is proactive, strategic and unifying to enhance participation and ensure a steady flow of accurate information between party leadership and members.
Kpinn, in the statement, outlined a five-point agenda he intends to pursue if elected, including promoting clear and responsible party communication, boosting the constituency’s media visibility and digital presence, and strengthening communication structures at the electoral area and polling station levels to support grassroots mobilization.
He also pledged to work collaboratively with party executives and all relevant stakeholders, while upholding unity, discipline, and integrity within the party.
The aspiring Constituency Communication Director indicated that his decision followed extensive consultations with colleagues and mentors who expressed confidence in his leadership abilities.
He appealed for support from party faithful, stressing the need for collective effort to strengthen the New Patriotic Party in the constituency.
“We must work together to build a stronger party in Bolgatanga East for victory in 2028,” he said.
