Moses Amoah declares bid for NPP Navrongo Central Constituency chairmanship

Amoah said his decision follows extensive consultations with stakeholders across the constituency and his deep commitment to the party’s growth and electoral success.

Moses A. Amoah, the incumbent constituency secretary for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Navrongo Central Constituency, has declared his intention to contest for the position of Constituency Chairman ahead of the party’s upcoming internal restructuring elections.

In a statement addressed to party members, Amoah said his decision follows extensive consultations with stakeholders across the constituency and his deep commitment to the party’s growth and electoral success.

Amoah brings years of grassroots and administrative experience to his candidacy, having served in multiple roles within the party structure. His previous positions include Polling Station Secretary, Electoral Area Coordinator, a member of the Constituency Communications Team, Assembly Member within the Kassena-Nankana Municipal Assembly, as well as a member of the Regional Communications Team.

He is currently serving his second term as Constituency Secretary.

In his statement, Amoah said the party in Navrongo Central stands at a critical moment where a strong, proactive, competent and dynamic leaders is needed to rebuild unity and reposition the NPP for future electoral victories.

He expressed confidence in his ability to lead effectively, citing his institutional knowledge and hands-on experience within the party. As part of his vision, Amoah plans to strengthening party structures through strategic resourcing, open dialogue, consensus building, and collaboration among members at all levels.

Amoah also reaffirmed his commitment to energizing the party’s grassroots base and working toward reclaiming the constituency seat in the 2028 general elections.

He called on party members to support his bid, appealing for prayers, guidance, and unity as he transitions from consultations to active campaigning in the coming months.

“Together, we can build a stronger, resilient and more united NPP in the Navrongo Central Constituency,” he stated.
